Our Journey

• 1996 - Version 1 - Wood Box that housed all the gear and amps, weighed over 350lbs.  We welded a cart structure that the box mounted to with a truck jack between the cart and box.  After 230 revolutions of the jack, the box rode up 4 guide poles to it's working height.  This lasted 15 years before retirement.
• 2011 - Version 2 - moved forward with Odyssey cases, multiple versions.  Functional but still not happy.
• 2020 - Version 3 - I met a welder!  We designed a more evolved concept and made our first welded Aluminum unit.  Worked well for about a year then welds started to give and the aluminum became unreliable.
• 2021 - Version 4 - 18ga Steel Upgrade!!  Success!!  This version is still in the fleet today, strong robust and proven over 400 events.  Developed and implemented our exclusive Lift Monitor System.
• 2022 - Version 5 - Redesign to add additional convenience and access.  Upgrades to Lift Monotor System.
• 2025 - Version 6 - The Final and Ultimate Design, it's time to share the success and help our peers step up their performances!!

The Build Process

• Material - Assembled from 16ga Steel Tubing, 18ga Steel Sheet and 11ga Plate.  Parts are laser cut and fully welded.
• Precision - All build assembled via fixtures for accuracy and repeatability.  ( Built to our standards. )
• Access Panels & Doors - 1/4 thick ABS Plastic, black
• Casters - All models suppled with 8" Casters, 6" casters available for height restricted applications.
